Tutorial: How to watch Brighton vs. Manchester United in the UK: Live stream, TV channel, start time, and confirmed lineups for Premier League clash

Brighton & Hove Albion are gearing up to host Manchester United at the American Express Stadium in the upcoming 2024/25 Premier League season on Saturday, August 24th.

United kick-started their season with a 1-0 win against Fulham, thanks to Joshua Zirkzee's debut goal last week. It was a good result for the Red Devils considering they were missing a lot of players due to injury and international competitions during the preseason.

Brighton began their new era under Fabian Hurzeler with a 3-0 victory over 10-man Everton on the opening weekend. United are likely to face stiff competition against the Seagulls, who have won four of their last six matches.

Brighton vs. Man Utd lineups, predicted starting 11, team news

Hurzeler's start as Brighton boss got off to an ideal start and therefore he could look to keep his side unchanged, although Yankuba Minteh could miss out after being substituted due to a head injury on matchday one.

Tariq Lamptey, Pervis Estupinan and Evan Ferguson returned to training following injuries but were not fit enough to start in the win at Goodison Park. They will not likely be rushed back.

Julio Enciso had a busy summer playing for Paraguay in the Copa America and the Olympics and still may not quite be ready.

Brighton predicted (4-2-3-1, right to left): Steele (GK) — Veltman, Van Hecke, Dunk Hinshelwood — Milner, Wieffer — Adingra, Mitoma, Pedro — Welbeck.

Injured: Bart Verbruggen, Solly March, Yankuba Minteh (doubt)
Suspended:

Ten Hag said his team weren't quite ready for the new season, especially the new signings, as Joshua Zirkzee and Matthijs de Ligt both had to start on the bench. However, both could feature in the first XI here, particularly with striker Rasmus Hojlund still ruled out.

The Dutch boss was forced to start Noussair Mazraoui after a defensive injury crisis that includes Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, Leny Yoro and Victor Lindelof.

Scott McTominay is being tipped to leave United before the end of the transfer window and so may not be included in the matchday squad. Jadon Sancho will hope to feature, having been left out for the Fulham game following an ear infection earlier in the week.

Man Utd predicted (4-3-3, right to left): Onana (GK) — Mazraoui, De Ligt, Marinez, Dalot — Casemiro, Mainoo, Fernandes — Amad Diallo, Rashford, Zirkzee.

Injured: Luke Shaw, Leny Yoro, Tyrell Malacia, Victor Lindelof, Rasmus Hojlund
Suspended:
