New Delhi: A viral video capturing the moment a doppelganger of Virat Kohli, Kartik Sharma, caused a stir at One8 Commune, the cricketer's own restaurant, has been making rounds on social media. The video, taken by content creator Sarthak Sachdeva who happened to be dining at the restaurant with Sharma, shows the confusion and excitement among customers and staff as they mistook Sharma for the Indian cricketing star. Sharma and his friends made a grand entrance into the restaurant and were given a menu featuring Kohli's favorite dishes before being seated. Diners at the restaurant were left in disbelief, thinking they were in the presence of the real Virat Kohli. The video, humorously captioned "Viraj Tohli," quickly went viral, leaving fans and diners alike in a state of amusement and confusion.

Well, the video did not take much time to go viral as it received several likes and views while fans reacted to the same. One of the users mentioned, “How to get banned from a restaurant 101,” while another added, “Virat Kohli from Meesho.”

Other reactions were milder, such as, “How could no one notice the obvious ‘tattoo’? Is this spontaneous or scripted?” A few even found the prank funny; one user asked, “Virat Kohli Swift se aaya hai?” (Has Virat Kohli come in a Swift?).

Kartik Sharma is a software developer with a massive following on Instagram due to his uncanny resemblance to Kohli; he has above seven lakh followers. He regularly shares the resemblance through content, such as photos in a blue jersey and mimicking Kohli’s tattoo. Sharma has a YouTube channel where he continues to engage his audience.
