Josh Giddey's success soars in Chicago

Giddey is thriving in Chicago and is reminding fans of his standout performance in OKC. Giddey and Coby White have formed a dynamic duo in the Bulls backcourt, allowing Zach LaVine to transition to the small forward position.

Giddey is doing an excellent job to re-establish his reputation as a do-it-all player. 

Entering Friday’s action, Giddey is averaging 13.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 7.0 assists in nine starts. His stats are all up compared to his 2023-24 numbers, with the assists-per-game mark being a career-best. Giddey is also shooting the ball with efficiency at 40.6% while limiting his turnovers to just 2.6 per game.

Giddey is getting his opportunity to showcase his playmaking ability, and as a restricted free agent next season, he’s showing teams that he can be a real contributor.
